Vladimir Kogan Honored

Vladimir Kogan has been honored by the APS editors
Vladimir Kogan has been named by the editors of the American Physical Society journals as one of the inaugural group of 534 "Outstanding Referees." This recognition has been created to show appreciation for the essential work that anonymous peer reviewers for the APS journals and is the start of an annual program to recognize a small number of the 42,000 referees each year as "Outstanding Referees."  This is a lifetime award in recognition of Kogan's reports and advice which have helped to advance and diffuse the knowledge of physics, while creating a resource that is invaluable to authors, researchers, students, and readers.
